Our lead architect, Ela Nazli Eroglu, is a licensed architect and certified project manager with over 25 years of experience in designing and managing complex projects. She has an impressive portfolio, having designed and managed a wide array of projects, including transit buildings, accessibility retrofit projects, commercial and residential structures, and institutional facilities. Ela’s expertise extends to conducting thorough condition assessments and feasibility studies, particularly for public buildings. As a LEED Accredited Professional, she is a passionate advocate for sustainable and environmentally sensitive design and development.
